We had a pleasant stay at this well-located B&B in Lytham. The promenade and St Anne's Pier were just a short walk away, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful sea views. The room was comfortable and modern, with a large flat screen TV and a cozy bed. The service was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast menu was extensive, and we especially enjoyed dining at the nearby Anatolia Turkish restaurant, which was outstanding.
The pricing of the B&B felt slightly expensive compared to other options in the area.

Homely feel, close to town center. Wide range of fresh cooked breakfast options. Exceptional customer service, especially Sheree. Welcoming, central location and well-appointed rooms. Exceptional breakfast with over 15 different dishes. Refreshing beer on arrival and Buck's Fizz for breakfast. Better than most hotels in Lytham.

the in-room breakfast was divine and met our special diet requirements. the private facilities in the room were outstanding, especially the rain shower and the fluffy robes. the service of the team was outstanding, making us feel pampered every step of the way.
The only minor issue we had was the lack of plug sockets near the bed for charging our mobiles. it did not affect our positive experience here.

I loved every detail about my fine 2 nights stay here. It was in a very central setting near the restaurants. I visited Ambiance Bar and Restaurant minutes from the venue for a few drinks.

Had stylish room with shower, bedroom and luxurious bath for a really nice stay. The hotel was located really close to all the bars, the centre and sea front and shops. The service was all in all great.

I liked the beds, they were comfortable, and how OUTSTANDING the staff was. The breakfast was savoury and there were lots of options. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay, I will be back.
